The Professional Association of Flowers, Plants and Horticultural Technology Valencia (Asfplant) Has launched two talks on plant health that will take place the 23 of May in Alicante and the 30 of May in Valencia.
Under the title "Present and future threats for the nurseries", they will address those pests and diseases such as those produced by the bacterium Xylella fastidiosa or Candidatus Liberibacter spp., bacteria associated with the disease known as Huanglongbing (HLB).
The talks, organized by the Association in conjunction with the Generalitat Valenciana, they are intended to inform gardeners and nurseries on the current situation of plant health in the region, its legislative framework and established biosafety protocols.
The Alicante Conference will be held the 23 may at the Hall Meet 5 of the Institución Ferial Alicantina, While in Valencia, the 30 st of May, It will be held at the Feria Valencia Castellon room.
