The first day the pre-decorated stands are delivered clean  (removal of plastic from the carpet included).

Waste Removal Service  Application Form

IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon completion of task of dismantling of the installations, must leave the premises in the same condition as you found it. If you need to hire the waste removal service , Feria Valencia offers this service on an optional basis. If the exhibitor does not apply for it but rubble appears in his/her locations, FERIA VALENCIA will bill the amount of the withdrawal notice thereof to the exhibitor with a 25% of surcharge.

For the delivery of Assembly and  Exhibitor Passes and Parking Cards all payments for the stand and services must have been made and/or the corresponding receipts must have been submitted.

  • Exhibitor Cards Exhibitor’s cards and free parking ticket will be sent by e-mail to the person requesting it via this Form.
  • Assembly and Disassembly Passes: To deliver the assembly passes, complete the following Form. The user can take it, either on the mobile, or printed.
    • Attention: Please, take note that the decorating company must request assembly passes directly to the Assembly Office staff while presenting the insurance policy, the company’s tax information and the project of the stand to be assembled, in addition to making the payment of the assembly fee for companies’ decorators and assemblers.

    • Should the decorating company contract some service with third-party providers, such as cleaning, hostesses, catering or others, corresponding permits must be requested by the Assembly Office staff for each specific case.

Passes and cards can be collected too at the Central Service Office upon arrival at the Fair, as well as parking tickets (one free per company included).

TRANSPORT OF PLANTS TO AND FROM THE IBERFLORA SITE

The Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Generalitat Valenciana indicates that you must comply with the current regulations of the Phytosanitary Passport at the Iberflora event, having the necessary documentation on the stand during the assembly and during the fair for any inspections that may occur.

WE ALSO REMIND YOU OF THE BAN ON THE COMMERCIALISATION OF SOME SPECIES THAT ARE IN THE CATALOGUE OF INVASIVE EXOTIC PLANTS.

Assembly and Disassembly Regulations

It is very important that you read this information. You will find everything you may need for assembly and disassembly of your stand and fair celebration. 

Technical Manual

Here you can download the calendar with dates for assembly, disassembly and celebration of the Fair.

During the assembly and disassembly of IBERFLORA free parking for cars and vans will be enabled.

If the download is necessary, the access of these vehicles to the perimeter of the pavilions will be made prior to deposit of € 50 IN METALproceeding to the return of the same, if the parking does not exceed the maximum established time of 1 hour.

This deposit will also be applicable during the days of celebration for the access of catering, cleaning or maintenance vehicles, although in this case, the parking time will be 2 hours.

This is a system that will allow you to read, with the application scanner, the bar code (QR code) on the passes of visitors who have pre-registered, retrieve their contact details and make a note of commercial information regarding their visit to your stand. How to attract more visitors to your stand?
  • Send the electronic invitation that the organization will provide you. In this way, your clients can get free access to the venue, avoiding long queues.
  • Insert a IBERFLORA banner In your website to call your presence at the show.
  • Communicate in your newsletters your participation in the fair and the activities you have planned during the event.
  • Insert the IBERFLORA banner and your stand location in your e-mail signature caption.
  • Insert a IBERFLORA review in your advertisement in a specialized media.

Iberflora has at your disposal the online ticket, so that you can send the invitation to your clients.

You will receive an e-mail in Html (from the mail iberflora@feriavalencia.com) to be forwarded to your clients, so that they can register in the Web and obtain free tickets. Attention: Do not confuse with other types of invitations sent by the event or other exhibitors.

Foreign Guests Invitation

In order to compile the relationship of foreign guests of IBERFLORA 2022, please send  the complete data of those customers you wish us to invite, up to a maximum of 10 by order of relevance. The fair achives the cost of a hotel room per company invited for 2 nights, breakfast included (either SINGLE or TWIN). The additional cost of hotel rooms and/or days will be by the side of the company that proposes or even by the guest.

It is important to specify us the complete data and identification of the guest. Only responsibles of purchasing will be admitted . We will not accept proposals of commercial/trade delegates from your company.

International buyers can be proposed from any country, with preference from nordic countries like Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, Arab Emirates and Japan. Traditional countries such as France, Portugal, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and United Kingdom too.

Those proposed buyers will be selected according to their importance for the sectors involved, and that are most effective. So, until the budget is completed.

Spanish Guests Invitation

Please send us the names of the clients you wish to invite from Spain (through the form provided), a maximum of 10, in order of importance. The contest assumes the cost of a room per invited company for 1 night, accommodation and breakfast included (it can be a double room). The additional cost of rooms and/or days will be paid by the proposing company or by the guest himself.

It is important that you specify the name and identification of the guest in order to attract buyers with a decision about the purchase. We will not be able to accept proposals from delegates and representatives of the companies themselves.

Those proposed buyers will be selected according to their importance for the sectors involved, and that are most effective. So, until the budget is completed..
