IBERFLORA CONGRATULATES THE AECJ ON ITS 35th ANNIVERSARY

Iberflora wishes to congratulate the Spanish Gardening Centres Association (AECJ, in Spanish) for its 35th anniversary.

This association, which was set up in Valencia in 1977 to represent and defend its members’ professional interests, has actively contributed to Iberflora’s growth and development over the years thanks to is active participation in this trade fair’s Organizing Committee. It has also been constantly involved in defining and setting up new contents for the trade fair, such as the presentation of the forthcoming 21st-century Garden project, which will form part of the 41st edition of Iberflora, held between 3rd and 5th October at Feria Valencia.

Nowadays, the AECJ not only creates contacts and opportunities among gardening professionals and in the accessories industry, but also offers a wide range of services to help firms improve their management, to be more informed and to globally face the challenge that the 21st century represents.

The AECJ is made up of more than 150 important gardening centres and by a group of collaborating firms from the sector offering plants, gardening accessories, decoration and all types of services.

Likewise, the AECJ participates in all the acts addressing final consumers in order to increase consumption; thus it forms part of several organizations within the sector, representing gardening centres. Moreover, the AECJ is the Employers’ Association of the 1 Interprovincial Collective Bargaining Agreement for Gardening Centres.

Therefore, for all this hard work carried out over these last 35 years, Iberflora sincerely congratulates all the AECJ members. Our heartiest congratulations!
